Pitsenbarger Scholarship Awards

In honor of Medal of Honor awardee Airman First Class (A1C) William H. Pitsenbarger, AFA WMC awards scholarhips to CCAF graduates who desire to continue their education.

AFA WMC'S Enlisted Education (Pitsenbarger) Scholarship Awards

  • We coordinate with the 88ABW Education Office in awarding these scholarships
  • We provide two $1,000 individual scholarships each annual graduating class
  • The 88ABW Education Office requests submissions in response to our "Pitsenbarger Scholarship Call" - normally made in July of every year. Presentations are typically made at the CCAF graduation
